On 11th May 2010 Wind outsourced to Microsite the management of its Customer Base. The agreement is an absolute novelty for Wind because it is the first time that the firm has outsourced the management of part of its customers’ portfolio. This confirms the great confidence that Wind has in Microsite, as well as the growing importance of Customer Relationship Management, whose specialization and differentiation is key for any company, even the most important ones.
